By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or Services.
2. About Us
Al Manal (Dar Al Manal Services FZ-LLC) is a licensed entity in the United Arab Emirates that provides investment education programs designed for women in the UAE.

3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of, or located in, the United Arab Emirates. By registering for our programs, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Description of Services
Al Manal offers a 6-week tailored educational program covering the basics of investing, including but not limited to strategic goal setting, savings and bonds, real estate, stocks, cryptocurrency, and commodities. Our Services include online learning modules, weekly live calls, community access, and discovery calls.
Our Services are educational in nature only. Al Manal does not provide personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services. Nothing on this Site or within our programs should be construed as financial, legal, or tax advice.
5. Registration and Account
When you register for a program or create an account on our Site, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately at hello@almanal.me if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each registration is for a single individual and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Al Manal.
6. Program Enrolment and Payment
6.1 Pricing
All program fees are displayed on the Site at the time of enrolment. Prices are quoted in the currency stated and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Al Manal reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; however, any price changes will not affect enrolments already confirmed and paid for.
6.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of enrolment or in accordance with any instalment plan offered. We accept the payment methods specified on our Site at the time of purchase.
6.3 No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once payment has been made and your enrolment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of whether you complete the program, attend live calls, or access the materials.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to book a free discovery call and review all program details before committing to enrolment.
Al Manal reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program at its sole discretion. In the unlikely event that Al Manal cancels a program before it commences, enrolled participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future cohort or receive a full refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our programs — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, worksheets, presentations, and software — is the property of Al Manal or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the program materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute (share content), modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent from Al Manal.
8. User Conduct
When using our Site and Services, you agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Share, distribute, or reproduce program content, materials, or recordings with any third party
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or Services
- Harass, abuse, or harm other participants in the community or during live calls
- Use the Site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or connected systems
Al Manal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services without refund if you violate these Terms.
9. Community Guidelines
Our program includes access to a supportive community of participants. By participating, you agree to treat all members with respect, maintain confidentiality of discussions shared within the group, and refrain from soliciting, promoting, or selling products or services to other members without prior written approval from Al Manal.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Educational Purpose Only
Al Manal provides general investment education. We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. The information provided through our programs is for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making investment decisions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.
10.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes, returns, or results from participating in our programs. Investment involves risk, including the potential loss of capital. Your financial decisions are your own responsibility.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Al Manal, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Site or Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Al Manal for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Al Manal. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Al Manal shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of any such third-party content or services.

Al Manal may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. No refund will be issued in the event of termination due to a breach of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with Al Manal at hello@almanal.me. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
16. Force Majeure
Al Manal shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other force majeure event.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Al Manal regarding your use of the Site and Services, and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
